Es por eso que desde nuestros inicios “hemos decidido focalizarnos en producir vinos de alta calidad” y nada más. Podríamos producir toda la gama de vinos, pero no seríamos especialistas en ninguno.

Terminada la fermentación alcohólica, tiene lugar el envejecimiento en barricas. El uso de estas es un elemento crucial en la producción de nuestros vinos. Al menos ocho meses para los vinos reserva y hasta dos años para vinos de calidad superior. Hemos desarrollado una técnica con talleres dedicados exclusivamente a al manejo de barricas, que nos coloca en una posición única permitiendonos producir grandes cantidades de vinos de alta calidad a precios muy competitivos.

Desde que la uva comienza su proceso de vinificacion en la etapa de fermentacion vemos que uvas provenientes de un mismo lote en el viñedo se comportan de manera diferente en la bodega. Terminado el proceso de fermentacion y maceración comienza el envejecimiento en barricas donde nos encontramos con el mismo fenomeno pero mas marcado aún, debido a la condicion natural de la madera. Trabajar en base a lotes pequeños nos permite identificar esas calidades y personalidades diferentes del vino, que serán cruciales a la hora de la mezcla final. Comprender lo que cada vino aporta a esa mezcla final y tener un estándar de alta calidad como hoja de ruta nos permite producir vinos excepcionales y elegantes.

Desde el momento en que el vino se embotella, comienza un proceso de maduración. Sin embargo, este proceso debe realizarse en óptimas condiciones de temperatura y humedad. Con el fin de llegar al cliente con un vino ya maduro en cuanto a elegancia, expresión y que muestre.

RESERVE

Cabernet Sauvignon

Deliciously complex, rich and and polished, exhibiting rich plum, blackberry and spice, offering also flavors of chocolate and vanilla. Very complete and elegantly styled and finish with ripe, integrated tannins.

Merlot

Deep and concentrated with currant and ripe plum aromas. A fine Reserve Merlot with soft and well integrated tannins. Balanced and round, this wine was made with great care and the best selection of grapes.

Italian pasta, white meat cook by oven and
vegetables grilled at a wok.


AGING
2 months in stainless steel tank.
7 months in French Oak.
6 months bottled.


AGING POTENTIAL
5 – 7 years in storage between 14 -16°C.

Shiraz

This Reserve Shiraz is a complete expression of its fruit, rich, due to its ripeness, along with aromas of dry plums, figs and spices is a result of the aging process in French oak..

Very good with red meat with more fat, like lamb.

Carménère

A bold and expressive wine with deep red fruit flavors of plum, chocolate and black currants. long finish with just a hint of truffles.

Duck, pork, Asian food, roast leg of lamb,
stews and baby back ribs.

8 months in French Oak.
6 months bottled.


AGING POTENTIAL

GRAN RESERVA

Cabernet Sauvignon

An elegant wine with very nice structure, long elegant finish. Strong tannins, touch of spice, black currant, green pepper, mint and vanilla.

Pairs very well with red BBQ meat and aged cheese.

Merlot
